Sonoran Hot Dogs
Hot Dogs
Bacon
Hot Dog buns
Onion
Pinto Beans
Tomato
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mustard
Mayo
Tomatillo Salsa
Wrap your bacon around the hot dog and fry on skillet/fry pan. When bacon is cooked then the hot dog is ready! To dress your dog- top with remaining ingredients!
Tomatillo Salsa
1 1/2 lbs tomatillos
1/2 cup white onion
1/2 cilantro leaves
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp sugar
2 jalapenos
salt to taste
Boil tomatillos for about 5 minutes. Place in food processor and add the remainder of ingredients except salt. Once you pulsed and combined ingredients then add your salt to taste.

Baked Ziti
Ingredients
- 1 pound dry ziti pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
- 6 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
- In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted.

D.D. Burgers 1
1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cauliflower or carrot puree
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium if possible)
2 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl, stir together the meat, breadcrumbs, vegetable puree, milk, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. The mixture will be moist. Form it into 8 small patties or 4 larger patties and place on waxed paper or aluminum foil.
Cook on grill or in a skillet until the burgers are no longer pink in the middle. Serve on buns.

Cabo Beach Cheeseburgers
Prep time: 5 minutes Total Time: 18 minutes
1 lb. ground beef
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of pepper jack cheese
4 buns
Kraft Chipotle flavored mayonnaise
1 avocado
1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
Shape beef into 4 patties. Grill, covered 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. Meanwhile cook bacon as directed on package. Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Spread rolls with mayonnaise; fill with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro. Serves 4.

Mikaela Larson's Taco Soup/Burrito
Todd and I had dinner at our friends the Larson's house this week and this is what she made. You can eat it as a soup or put in a tortilla for a burrito. We both loved it so I thought I would pass it on. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 large can stewed tomatoes/diced tomatoes
~1 lb ground beef or turkey
2-3 16 oz cans of beans (black, pinto, black eyed peas, whatever you like)
1 to 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning
1 green pepper chopped
1 large onion
1 can corn
other veggies as desired
Directions
Cook meat, chopped onions, and green pepper in a large saucepan with taco seasoning.
Add tomatoes to a large pot (do not drain).
Add drained beans and corn.
Add meat and stir to combine.
Heat until warm.
Serve with tortilla chips, chopped lettuce, fresh tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, cilantro.. etc. as desired.

Kraft Beef Noddle Bowl
1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
3 cups broccoli florets
3 carrots, peeled, sliced
2 tsp. oil
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
3 cups broccoli florets

2 tsp. oil

1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meat; cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing and teriyaki sauce; cook 2 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
DRAIN pasta mixture; place in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; toss to coat.
